A-Z Shortcut of MSWord

* Convert Table to Text *

* In this chapter, we will learn how to convert Table to Text in Microsoft Word. MS-Word allows us to create and work with tables easily. Sometimes, we need to convert the contents of a table into plain text. Don't worry, this is not a hard work. In this chapter we will learn how to do this:

⇨ How to convert a Table to Text?

a) At first, select the entire table which you want to convert to text.

*** Table Tools' two extra tab, namely- Design and Layout will show.

b) Click on Table Tools' Layout Tab.

c) Click on Convert to Text from Data group.

*** Check the Separate text with option. By default, Tabs is seleted. You can also mark the separator with commas or others.

d) Click on OK.

*** To delete use CTRL + Z or you can use Text to Tables options.
