
⇨ In this chapter, we will learn how to work with Macro in Microsoft Word.
A Macro can be created with the Word macro recorder, which stores keystrokes
or mouse actions and execute with the Word macro starter or when the document is opened.
We can also run small programs written in Visual Basic for Applications.
So lets go:
⇨ How to create Macro?
a) Click on View Tab.
b) Click on Macro.

c) Click on Record Macro.

d) Give a macro name and write a small description.
e) Click on OK.

f) Now we will type some text.

g) Click on Macro.
h) Click on Stop Recording.

*** Now we will delete the text without saving the document. You can close the document also without saving. We can get the text back from macro.
i) Click on Macro.
j) Click on View Macro.

k) Select the name.
l) Click on Run.

⇨ How to delete Macro?
a) Click on View Tab.
b) Click on Macro.
c) Click on View Macro.

d) Select the Macro name.
e) Click on Delete.
f) Click on Yes, then Close.
